Recipe development notes

Batch 11 remains an active Research & Development formulation. The focus is on creating a bold, refreshing juice that highlights the strong ginger profile preferred by our Oakland and Bay Area customers. As with all FreshStart recipes, data from each batch is used to continuously improve flavor, consistency, and yield. Future batches will evaluate replacing lemon with orange to further refine flavor and acidity balance. Status: 🟡 Research & Development. Start fresh. Stay fresh.

Lessons learned

Seasonality matters. Removing apples meant rethinking the flavor balance while preserving the experience customers enjoy. Through multiple batches and small adjustments, we simplified the recipe, held production efficiency, and landed on a formula we're confident in. Lessons learned
