No. The Reset is designed to fit alongside your regular meals, not replace them. Drink the six bottles spaced through your day however works best for you.
Not strictly - the daily rhythm above is a suggestion. Some customers prefer to drink lighter blends earlier and save heavier ones for later. Do what feels good.
Keep everything refrigerated at 40°F or below and enjoy each bottle by the Best if Used By date printed on it. If you won't finish a bottle in time, freeze it on or before that date and use it within 30 days - thaw in the refrigerator and shake well before drinking.
Yes - plenty of customers reorder it monthly or whenever they want to get back on track. There's no limit on how often you can order.
